Empoli have asked Inter about the possible inclusion of midfielder Lucien Agoume on loan as part of a deal for Kristjan Asllani.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri have offered the loan of Martin Satriano as part of a deal for Asllani, but that the Tuscans would like Agoume as a like-for-like replacement for Asllani.

Inter are pushing to get a deal done for Asllani, who Empoli value at around €15 million, and they are trying to meet part of the Tuscans’ valuation of the midfielder by including a player in their offer.

The Tuscan club would be interested in Agoume, who spent the season just gone on loan in Ligue 1 with Brest, as they would see him as having the right profile to directly take Asllani’s place in the centre of the pitch, and have asked about his inclusion on loan in a deal.
