Inter have made Genoa wingback Andrea Cambiaso a serious target, and will look to sign him and then send him out on loan.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are working to get a deal done for the 22-year-old soon.

Cambiaso has been on Inter’s radar for some time, although an injury which restricted his playing time over the second half of the season just gone caused their interest in him as an immediate option to cool off.

However, the Nerazzurri are ready to step up again in their pursuit of Cambiaso, who has been identified as a long-term option even if he is not quite ready for the immediate future.

To this end, Inter are working to bring in Cambiaso this summer and then loan him out for next season so that he can play regularly and continue his growth.
