Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has said that Juventus will only be able to sign Gleison Bremer if there is a breakdown in talks between Inter and Torino, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking whilst on the Sky Sport podcast, via FCInter1908, Gianluca Di Marzio explained that it would take Inter being out of the running for Juventus to sign Gleison Bremer from Torino.

Inter have had an agreement on personal terms with the Brazilian for many months and they have held talks with Torino for the deal. An agreement is yet to be found but it could be close.

Juventus need someone to replace Matthijs de Ligt and Gleison Bremer is one option but it would take a certain set of circumstances, accoridng to Gianluca Di Marzio.

“Juve are thinking of Bremer in the event of de Ligt’s departure, but there could only be a window of opportunity if the negotiations between Inter and Torino for the Brazilian player break down. The Nerazzurri have already blocked the defender.”

Inter are meant to be meeting with Torino today to once again try and find a financial agreement.
