Inter are hoping to earn around €30-35 million per season from their new sponsorship deal with Nike when all add-ons are included.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are seeking a significant increase in the value of the deal as they negotiate a new partnership with the US-based company.
Inter have a longstanding partnership with Nike, which currently sees the club earn €12 million per season in total.
At one point, the amount earned had been less than €4 million per season, given that at the time the Nerazzurri had not managed to qualify for the Champions League in five seasons.
However, now the value of the Nerazzurri’s brand is stronger than ever, with the club qualifying for the Champions League for the fifth season running, having also finished second, first, and second in Serie A in the past three seasons, and they are seeking a new deal with Nike that reflects that.
