Torino President Urbano Cairo has given his thoughts on the possibility of Inter including young midfielder Cesare Casadei in part of a player-plus-cash offer for defender Bremer.
Speaking to Italian broadcaster La7, Cairo explained that while he knows how promising the 19-year-old is, he is not yet overly familiar with him.
Inter are looking to get a deal done for Bremer and the possible inclusion of a player going the other way has long been one of their strategies for convincing the Granata on a deal.
Casadei is one of the names that has persistently been linked in this respect, particularly in recent weeks, and the young midfielder’s shining displays for the Primavera team would suggest that he could add a lot of quality to Torino’s project.
However, as of yet Cairo is not yet certain of the midfielder despite the clear potential that he has shown.
Asked about the possible inclusion of Casadei in a deal for Bremer, he responded that “He’s certainly a promising young play, but I’m not that familiar with him.”
