Inter CEO Beppe Marotta will move on to targeting Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic after signing Gleison Bremer from Torino, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, Beppe Marotta is working hard to make sure that Inter have a defence that is of a high standard both in the starting eleven and on the bench.

Torino defender Gleison Bremer is of course the primary target and his arrival will likely mean that Milan Skriniar has been sold to Paris Saint Germain.

The next target after the Brazilian is Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic who would be available for €15 million because he only has one year left to run on his current contract.

The Serbian would represent an improvement in terms of the defensive depth. The bench will take a further hit soon as Zinho Vanheusden is set to move on loan to AZ Alkmaar with a right to buy.
