Inter have raised their offer to Torino for defender Bremer to €35 million including add-ons, but do not wish to get in a bidding war with Juventus for his signing.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are aiming to wrap up the signing for a total cash offer worth €35 million plus Cesare Casadei but not reach the €40 million fee offered by the Bianconeri.

Juventus have picked up their interest in Bremer now that they have agreed a deal with Bayern Munich for the big money sale of Matthijs de Ligt, and they look to be ready to offer Torino €40 million.

This is closer than Inter have ever gotten to reaching the Granata’s valuation, although the Nerazzurri have gone to €30 million plus €5 million in add-ons, and could go as high as €32-33 million plus add-ons.

Inter’s intention is still to agree a deal for a fee in this region plus Casadei going the other way rather than to have the fee driven up by the Bianconeri’s interest.
