Paulo Dybala’s contract with Roma will contain a release clause worth around €20-25 million.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the Giallorossi have agreed to the release clause as part of their broader agreement with the Argentine to sign on a free transfer.

Dybala’s move to Roma appears to be all but done and the 28-year-old will join the capital club on a three-year deal having finally grown tired of waiting for Inter to make their move for him.

Giallorossi coach Jose Mourinho played a role in convincing him to join with Napoli also interested, and the player and his representatives also represented that a release clause be inserted into the ideal.

The Giallorossi held out for around €30 million for the release clause, but the final amount should be for around €20-25 million in the end, an amount that should be satisfactory for both the club and the player.
