Atalanta could be ready to reach a deal with Inter for striker Andrea Pinamonti if they are to complete a sale of Luis Muriel to Juventus.
This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Bianconeri’s interest in signing the Colombian this summer could set off a chain reaction which sees Pinamonti finally sold this summer.
Atalanta have been one of the main clubs pursuing Pinamonti this summer, and the player would like a move to Gian Piero Gasperini’s side, but they have been unable to make an offer which has convinced the Nerazzurri.
However, a sale of a forward already in the squad would mean that La Dea would have the cash on hand to finally make their move for Pinamonti decisively.
Juventus are keen on Muriel, and should they make the right offer for the 31-year-old then Atalanta would be prepared to quickly reinvest the fee from the sale in a move for Pinamonti.
