The players in Inter’s squad are all waiting nervously to see what happens with the situation of Milan Skriniar with Paris Saint-Germain still in the picture.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper La Stampa, who report that the move within the training ground is one of uncertainty as the players all know that as long as PSG are interested in Skriniar he may well be on his way this summer.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi does not want to lose a player as important as Skriniar this close to the start of the season, and the players are also naturally hoping that he will stay given his significant defensive influence on the pitch.

However, everyone is aware that as long as PSG are chasing the Slovakian, a new offer could arrive at any time which would seriously test the club’s resolve.

Everyone is hoping that the 27-year-old stays for the season and beyond, but right now everyone is holding their breath.
