The sales of Andrea Pinamonti and Cesare Casadei should stop Inter from needing to sell Denzel Dumfries and Milan Skriniar but it still cannot be ruled out, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, the sale of Andrea Pinamonti to Sassuolo which was confirmed yesterday and the possible sale of Cesare Casadei would mean Inter can keep hold of two key players from a financial standpoint.

Even if offers did come in for Denzel Dumfries or Milan Skriniar, Inter will be less inclined to accept them immediately.

There is a situation where that can change though. Chelsea are the preferred option for Cesare Casadei but the Blues are focused on their pursuit of Leicester City’s Wesley Fofana.

If Wesley Fofana proves too expensive though, they could come back in for Milan Skriniar which will test Inter’s resolve to keep the Slovakian.
