Inter will hold a meeting soon to discuss the future of young striker Eddie Salcedo, who still does not have a clear destination for the season with just a couple of weeks left in the transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the interest from Belgian side Standard Liege has gone quiet for a couple of weeks, whilst there is interest in the 20-year-old’s signature from teams in the Italian and Spanish second divisions.

Salcedo will almost certainly leave Inter on loan for the season as he is not part of the first team plans, but where he would go is unclear especially considering that his loan with Spezia last time around was not a particularly positive one.

Standard had looked close to signing the 20-year-old on loan recently, but they have not gotten this over the line.

Meanwhile, Serie B duo Pisa and Bari are both also interested in signing Salcedo, whilst Real Oviedo in the Segunda Division could also move for him.
