Milan Skriniar leaving Inter would leave a huge void both in terms of his technical ability but also how reliable he is, according to a report in the Italian print media today

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan Skriniar would be an extremely hard player to replace if he were to be sold at the end of the transfer window.

There is the obvious factor that Inter would have very little time to find and buy a player of equivalent quality.

Beyond that though, there is the fact that he has played 216 games out of the 245 available since he joined the club in July 2017 from Sampdoria. 213 of those have been as a starter too.

He is always available and reliable. In the first season with Simone Inzaghi, he showed a new side to his game as he was asked to push forward more when Inter have the ball.
