Inter held a 25th birthday party for striker Lautaro Martinez at the training ground yesterday.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri took time to celebrate the Argentine’s special day during yesterday’s training session.

Martinez has become an increasingly important player for the Nerazzurri season on season since joining from Racing Club in the summer of 2018, and reports emerged yesterday which suggested that he is valued at no less than €100 million and seen as the “face of the club.”

The Argentine got his season up and running with a well-taken goal and accomplished display against Spezia at the San Siro which was enough to suggest that he could be in for another very positive season after finishing the last campaign as the team’s top scorer.

The team decided to show their appreciation for Martinez, who has always shown his dedication to the Nerazzurri and stated that he doesn’t want to leave, by holding a birthday celebration for him yesterday.
