Paris Saint-Germain are set to make an offer of €60 million plus one unnamed player for Inter defender Milan Skriniar, but it will almost certainly be rejected.

This according to French news outlet L’Equipe, via FCInterNews, who report that the Parisians have not yet completely given up hope and will try one more offer before the end of the summer transfer window.

PSG have already had a number of bids containing players plus cash rejected by Inter, as this was part of their original strategy but the Nerazzurri made it clear that they would only be interested in cash, turning down the likes of Abdou Diallo and Thilo Kehrer among others.

The Parisians will not go above €60 million in the total cash amount that they will offer for Skriniar, but they could try one more player-plus-cash bid, although it is not clear the identity of the player that would be offered.

In any event, there is very little chance of the Nerazzurri accepting the offer, as they have effectively taken the Slovakian off of the market.

Meanwhile, PSG are turning their attention to Monaco defender Axel Disasi as their main target in defense now that they have all but accepted that they’ve missed out on Skriniar for the window.
