Andre Onana is set to start in goal for Inter in this Tuesday’s Champions League group stage clash with Viktoria Plzen, while Samir Handanovic will return for the Serie A match against Udinese next weekend.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri will continue to rotate between the two keepers over the final two matches before the international break at the end of the month.

Onana made his first competitive appearance for Inter in their Champions League loss to Bayern Munich on Wednesday, looking strong on his debut, but captain Handanovic returned in goal for yesterday’s Serie A win over Torino.

Coach Simone Inzaghi is ready to give Onana another opportunity in the Champions League, and intends to include the Cameroonian in the starting eleven for this Tuesday’s trip to Plzen, whilst the captain will be back in the team for the last match before the break away to Udinese.
