The availability of defender Lucas Hernandez for Bayern Munich in the German champions’ Champions League clash with Inter at the start of November is in doubt due to a hip injury.
This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 26-year-old is out for around six weeks with the strain to his right adductor, and that he could miss out on the clash with Inter at the Allianz Arena.
Hernandez suffered a strain in the adductor muscles of his right thigh after yesterday evening’s 2-0 win over Barcelona for Bayern, and indications are that he should miss out for around six weeks.
This means that he may be back around the time of Inter’s trip to Bavaria to face the Germans in the fifth match of the group stage, set to be played on November 1, but also that it will be very tight, and that the Frenchman could still be on the sidelines for that match.
