Inter wingback Robin Gosens has been included in the German national team squad for their upcoming Nations League clashes against the likes of Hungary and England during the international break at the end of the month.

This is confirmed by the national team via their official Twitter account, where they announce the full squad list that Germany coach Hansi Flick as decided to call up for the two upcoming matches.

Gosens broke into the Germany setup somewhat later in his career than many, only making his debut for Die Mannschaft at the age of 26 in the summer of 2020, off the back of his form for Atalanta.

The German was one of his national team’s outstanding performers at the Euros last summer despite a disappointing round of sixteen exit to England, and he made the switch to Inter during the January transfer window, where he has yet to really show his best but is still trusted at the national team level.
