Domenico Berardi may be fit enough to make the bench for Sassuolo when they host Inter in Serie A on Saturday afternoon, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by FCInternews, the Italian winger who has been out for a long time with an injury could make his return against the Nerazzurri.
It seems that he will not be able to start the match but a role from the bench is a very real possibility for him.
Alessio Dionisi will be very thankful to have a player of such quality available to him from the bench should his side need a goal in the second half.
There are other long-term absentees for the Neroverdi such as Mert Muldur, Hamed Traore, Filippo Romagna and Gregoire Defrel.
There are still goalscorers in the team though as they beat Salernitana 5-0 last weekend and will hope to find the back of the net against Inter.
