Chants aimed at Inter were heard from Barcelona fans during the Catalan giants’ La Liga match against Celta Vigo yesterday evening.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who also report that the Nerazzuri have been annoyed with the extent to which key figures at the Blaugranas have been stoking outrage around refereeing in their win on Tuesday.

Barcelona’s players and staff made little effort to hide their outrage at a couple of second half decisions in Inter’s 1-0 Champions League win on Tuesday at the San Siro.

This theme has been continued in the aftermath of that match, with both Barcelona coach Xavi and President Joan Laporta commenting scathingly about the officiating in that match.

This sentiment appears to have filtered down to the fans of the club, with Barcelona fans spontaneously chanting anti-Inter slogans in their match against Celta Vigo yesterday, a 1-0 league victory.

For their part, the Nerazzurri are annoyed with the extent to which Barcelona have put the focus on refereeing decisions in Tuesday’s match ahead of the second meeting in a couple days.
