Inter are targeting Villarreal wingback Alfonso Pedraza in the event that Robin Gosens leaves the club.

This according to Spanish news outlet Revelo, via FCInter1908, who report that the 26-year-old Spaniard is one of the Nerazzurri’s main targets in the event that Gosens is sold in January or next summer.

Gosens’s future at Inter is unclear given that he has yet to nail down a starting spot for himself on the left flank.

The German was already linked with a move away at the end of the summer transfer window just gone, with Bayer Leverkusen, and he could yet leave as early as this January transfer window, or in June.

According to Revelo, whether the German were to leave in January or in the summer, the Nerazzurri would likely move for Pedraza next summer one way or another.

The 26-year-old currently is under contract with Villarreal until the end of June 2026, but has a release clause.
