Inter President Steven Zhang has left Italy for a brief trip to the US, but should be back in time to watch his team face Salernitana in Serie A over the weekend.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the Nerazzurri President is attending to some personal matters on his trip, but is planning to return within a week.

Zhang has been in Milan for the past couple of weeks, where he has watched Inter face off against Roma in Serie A and then Barcelona in the Champions League at the San Siro.

The President will not be with the team as they travel to the Camp Nou to play against Barcelona again in their second group stage meeting in a week on Wednesday.

However, Zhang should be back in time to watch the Nerazzurri’s next match after that live, as the team host Salernitana at the San Siro in a Serie A clash.
