Paris Saint-Germain are set to offer Inter €25-30 million for defender Milan Skriniar during the January transfer window if he does not extend his current contract before then.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-base newspaper Il Giornale, who report that the Nerazzurri are working to extend the 27-year-old’s contract as soon as they can to avoid this possibility.

Inter have yet to make any real headway on extending Skriniar’s current deal, which runs out at the end of June 2023.

As it stands, the Slovakian earns €3.2 million net per season, but this should rise significantly if he signs a new deal.

The Nerazzurri would be ready to offer Skriniar a contract worth around €6.5 million net per season, in line with other top earners in the squad such as Lautaro Martinez and Marcelo Brozovidc.

Should the 27-year-old be unconvinced, however, PSG have a move to sign him in January planned, and would offer Inter €25-30 million.
