There are two US-based funds and one fund from the United Arab Emirates interested in purchasing Inter from Suning.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, who report that as things stand there are three major candidates to buy the Nerazzurri.

Yesterday a report emerged from UK-based news outlet Financial Times that Suning are ready to sell Inter and have given investment banks Goldman Sachs and Raine Group the mandate to sell the club.

There have long been some interested parties in taking over at the Nerazzurri, but things could be kicking off further with recent developments.

According to La Repubblica, the most interest is coming from funds in the US, with city rivals AC Milan having already been taken over by a US-based fund.

The funds are not named in the report, however, and it will remain to be seen what develops with the trio.
