Inter Women kept their brilliant start to the season going by getting perhaps their most memorable result so far by defeating city rivals AC Milan in the derby.
Stefanie van der Gragt scored the opener before Tabitha Chawinga got the Nerazzurri’s second, and then in-form Elisa Polli rounded off the rout with a brace on either side of halftime.
The win means that the Nerazzurri maintain their advantage at the top of the Serie A table, one point ahead of Fiorentina.
