Inter have postponed contract extension talks with defender Milan Skriniar, although they are not worried about Paris Saint-Germain moving for him.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri do not have any new talks planned with the 27-year-old or his representatives right away although they remain confident that they will be able to agree a new deal with him.

Inter have been in serious talks with Skriniar and his representatives since the end of last month.

The talks have slowed down over the past week or so as the player has been on international duty and away from Milan as have his representatives.

The Nerazzurri plan to get talks wrapped up in a timely manner, but as of now the negotiations are on standby with no new meetings planned according to Mediaset.

The broadcaster reports that Inter are not overly bothered by the interest of PSG or the possibility that the French champions could make a move in January.
