The agent of Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries feels that whilst the Dutchman is fully committed to the Nerazzurri at the moment, a transfer wouldn’t be impossible.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster RAI, via FCInterNews, Dumfries’s agent Rafaela Pimenta made clear that the 26-year-old is only focused on Inter despite the fact that transfer speculation has emerged around him.

Dumfries has been linked with a move away from Inter in recent weeks, with teams in the Premier League particularly keen on his signature, whilst Bayern Munich have also been reported to have an interest.

The Dutchman’s performances for his country at the World Cup have only increased interest in signing him, and with it the Nerazzurri’s valuation.

Moreover, Inter’s widely-known financial issues and the target of a significant net profit in the transfer market could force them to cash in on the former PSV wingback.

As far as Dumfries’s agent is concerned, however, these are all matters to be dealt with in the future, as the player is only thinking about Inter.

“Denzel had a great World Cup, and I think Inter are happy with him,” she said.

“Right now he only has Inter in his heart, and then in the future let’s see what happens.”
