Inter-owned defender Zinho Vanheusden is back in training with the rest of the squad at AZ Alkmaar where he is on loan.
This is confirmed by the club’s coach Pascal Jansen, who stated in a press conference, via FCInterNews, that the 23-year-old has been working normally in full training for the past two weeks after his foot injury.
Vanheusden had been out with a foot fracture for the past few months, having picked up the injury in an Eredivisie clash with Utrecht on October 9 when he collided with striker Bas Dost.
The injury took some time to heal from, although the Belgian has now fully recovered.
Vanheusden is back in training with the rest of AZ’s squad, with the Inter-owned defender having been on loan with the Eredivisie team since the summer.
According to the Belgian’s coach, he is in full training, and should be able to return to action soon.
“Zinho has fully healed for his injury, and he has been back in full training with the rest of the squad for two weeks, without any restrictions,” Jansen explained.
