Inter are very likely to sign at least one forward player in the upcoming summer transfer window, with Joaquin Correa set to leave the club.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that Romelu Lukaku’s loan could be extended and another forward could be brought in if the Nerazzurri are to offload Correa.

Correa’s time at Inter looks to be running out, and the club would certainly be ready to listen to offers for the former Lazio, Sevilla, and Sampdoria player during the summer transfer window.

Accordingly, if Correa is to be sold, then a replacement would certainly be sought for the Argentine.

As Tuttosport highlight, this could also have ramifications for the Nerazzurri’s decision on whether or not to try and extend Lukaku’s loan.

The Nerazzurri could make a change in attack and still keep the Belgian next season if they are to sell Correa and then replace him.
