Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud has been offered to Inter as a possible free transfer opportunity for the summer transfer window.
This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are one of the clubs who the 27-year-old German internationals representatives have contacted now that it has been made clear that he will depart from the Schwarzgelben on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Dahoud’s current contract with Dortmund runs out at the end of June, and Schwarzgelben Sporting Director Sebastien Kehl has confirmed that there is no intention to agree a new deal with the 27-year-old.
The Nerazzurri have tracked the former Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder in the past, and the interest could well still be there.
A number of teams have been contacted by Dahoud’s representatives, with the Nerazzurri among them.
The German could be brought in to replace Roberto Gagliardini who is himself set to leave on a free transfer in the summer.
