Inter wingback Federico Dimarco made a partial return to training along with the rest of the Nerazzurri squad today.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 25-year-old completed a partial session with the squad today, as he targets a return from injury in the team’s Serie A match against Spezia on Friday evening.

Dimarco has missed out on Inter’s past two Serie A matches against Bologna away and Lecce at the San Siro.

The 25-year-old has not even been fit enough to be on the bench for either of those two matches.

However, the wingback has been working in training to get back to full fitness, and it looks as though a recovery is now very close on the horizon for him.

According to FCInterNews, Dimarco is almost ready for a full return to training, and a call-up for Friday’s clash with Spezia appears to be likely.
