Revealed – Inter Milan In Talks With Three Middle Eastern Companies To Replace DigitalBits As Main Shirt Sponsor

Inter are in talks with three Middle Eastern companies as possible replacements for DigitalBits as the team’s main shirt sponsor starting next season.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who identify Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways, and Emirates airline as the three companies who the Nerazzurri are currently negotiating with to replace the cryptocurrency company.

It has long looked to be a certainty that DigitalBits will be replaced as Inter’s main shirt starting next season.

Now the Nerazzurri and Roma are both set to remove the cryptocurrency company’s logo from their shirts effective immediately, starting with this weekend’s round of Serie A matches onwards.

In both cases, the Serie A clubs have finally grown tired of DigitalBits’ continued nonpyament of contractually owed amounts for their sponsorship deals, and will pull the plug.

For both clubs, this will also make all the more clear the need to get moving on a search for a new main shirt sponsorship for next season onwards.

In the case of the Nerazzurri, the Gazzetta reports, the talks are centred around Middle Eastern airlines.

According to the newspaper, Inter are in talks with all of Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways, and Emirates airline, although it is not stated how far along the negotiations are as of yet.

To date, Inter have been massively impacted by the situation with DigitalBits’s sponsorship of their matchday shirt.

Despite the deal having been worth a massive €85 million in total until the end of June 2026, the Nerazzurri are unlikely to receive much or any of the amounts owed, a situation that has been labelled as an “embarrassment” and “farce” for the club.

Badly affected by broader fluctuations in the cryptocurrency industry, DigitalBits have yet to pay any of the three €8 million installements of the €24 million owed for this season.

The Nerazzurri have been considering legal action in response to the situation.
