Torino coach Ivan Juric doesn’t expect his team to be preoccupied by the fact Inter Milan are Champions League finalists.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of tomorrow evening’s match, as reported by FCInterNews, the Granata boss made clear that whilst perhaps the Nerazzurri will have one eye on Istanbul, his team aren’t thinking about it at all.

Inter face Torino in their final Serie A match of the season tomorrow.

The Nerazzurri know that they’ve already wrapped up qualification for next season’s Champions League via a top four sport.

Accordingly, the pressure will not be all that high for them to get any particular result.

Of course, Inter will still have pride to play for. Moreover, the Nerazzurri know that finishing second, third, or fourth in the league table is not an insignificant difference.

Nevertheless, Inter will undoubtedly know the kind of opportunity that the final represents for them.

Accordingly, it will come as little surprise if tomorrow’s match is not the priority for the Nerazzurri.

Torino Coach Juric Expecting A Serious & Competitive Match Vs Inter Milan

Granata coach Juric, who has in fact been linked with Inter, has no doubt that tomorrow will be treated as an important match.

The Croatian tactician observed that “Things are changing in Italy. Teams that have nothing to fight for still go and try to take points against teams who are fighting for something.”

“Maybe Inter will have one eye on the final,” he continued. “But we can’t be thinking about that.”

Juric noted that “We just have to go out there and play the way we have been recently.”

The Torino coach was also asked about which players will be unavailable.

Nemanja Radonjic and Inter-owned wingback Valentino Lazaro are known to be injured. “Those are the only two, everyone else is fit,” Juric noted.
