Real Betis as well as midtable clubs from the Premier League are ready to rival Inter Milan to sign Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos on a free transfer this summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri aren’t the only club keen on Ceballos.

26-year-old Spanish international Ceballos is reportedly a target for Inter during the summer transfer window.

As things stand, the midfielder’s contract at the Santiago Bernabeu only runs until the end of the current month.

According to Tuttosport, Los Blancos have offered Ceballos a new four-year deal worth €5 million net per season. This would keep the former Arsenal midfielder in the Spanish capital until he is thirty.

Real Betis Want To Bring Inter Target Ceballos Back This Summer

There is no doubt that Roberto Gagliardini Inter will leave when his contract expires. Meanwhile, Marcelo Brozovic could also be sold this summer.

Accordingly, at least one or two midfielders will arrive this summer.

Ceballos is on Inter’s radar as a low-cost option to reinforce the midfield.

However, the Nerazzurri are not the only team closely following the Spaniard as a possible free transfer opportunity.

According to Tuttosport, one team who are after Ceballos are his former club Real Betis.

Ceballos joined Real Madrid from Betis during the summer of 2017. However, the Andalusians want to bring the midfielder back for next season.

Betis are strengthening for another season of Europa League football after finishing sixth in the La Liga table.

Meanwhile, Tuttosport also report that there are midtable clubs in the Premier League who are ready to make a move should Ceballos be available.

For the moment, Ceballos has not made a decision on his future, however.

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has expressed optimism that in the end the 26-year-old will stay in the Spanish capital.
