Inter Milan are planning to make three signings using a fee for goalkeeper Man United linked Andre Onana, including Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku and Torino wingback Wilfried Singo.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.

Inter are still ready to sell Onana to Manchester United.

And, Tuttosport reports, the Red Devils are still keen to make an offer to sign the 27-year-old. According to the newspaper, United’s offer has gone as high as €45 million so far, whilst Inter are holding out for €60 million.

Somewhere between these two figures, the two clubs should be able to agree a deal. And Inter have a plan for how they’ll spend the money.

First things first, there is the question of replacing Onana. Tuttosport confirm reports that Inter want Shakhtar Donetsk goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin.

According to the newspaper, Shakhtar are still holding out for a bullish €40 million valuation for the 21-year-old. However, Inter can certainly chip away at that significantly given Trubin’s contract situation.

As alternatives, there are €25 million-rated Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, and Atalanta’s Marco Carnesecchi.

Inter Milan Also Want To Sign Lukaku & Singo With Onana Fee

A direct replacement isn’t the only priority for Inter with the fee from an Onana sale, however.

First, Tuttosport, the Nerazzurri want to finally sort out a deal with Chelsea for striker Romelu Lukaku.

Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi has made clear to his club that he considers bringing the Belgian back to be an absolute priority.

Given that Chelsea are strongly disinclined towards another loan, Inter must find a way to convince them. And, Tuttosport reports, the windfall from an Onana sale could give them a way to do so.

The newspaper report that the Nerazzurri are ready to offer a paid loan of €10 million. This would include a purchase option worth around €30 million.

With a total valuation of around €40 million, Inter should be able to get a deal for Lukaku over the line.

Additionally, Inter are aiming to make a signing to reinforce at wingback. Tuttosport report that the Nerazzurri want to rival AC Milan to sign Torino’s Wilfried Singo.

With the money from a big sale of Onana, they should be able to do so.
