Inter Milan could try to sign Spezia and Sweden wingback Emil Holm on loan with an option to buy.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reported live on air via FCInterNews that the Nerazzurri are would also face the competition of Juventus and Atalanta for the 23-year-old Swedish international’s siignature.

Earlier today, Inter met with Italian agent Michelangelo Minieri.

Whilst the agent himself was effusive regarding potential links between Inter and his client Holm, Di Marzio reports that the Swede is a target for the Nerazzurri.

He reports that Inter are taking initial steps in talks today with Minieri.

The Nerazzurri’s hope would be to sign Holm on a paid loan deal, containing an option to sign him on a permanent basis.

However, relegated Spezia prefer to sell Holm outright. The Ligurians want to cash in on the player this summer.

In this sense, it could be crucial to see how quickly the Bianconeri and La Dea move.

Should Inter’s Serie A rivals make an offer to sign Holm permanently, then Inter may miss out.

On the other hand, if they wait around then the Nerazzurri may swoop in and find the right formula.

Inter see Holm as a prospective replacement for Raoul Bellanova on the right wing.

Inter Also Close To Sending Giovanni Fabbian On Loan To Lecce

Di Marzio also reports that Inter are ready to send midfielder Giovanni Fabbian on loan to Lecce.

The 20-year-old spent last season on loan with Reggina.

The likes of Napoli, Lazio, and Atalanta are all reportedly interested in Fabbian. However, Inter do not want to sell the young midfielder.

Fabbian is ready for top flight football, however, based on his outstanding season in Serie B.

Teams like Bologna, Salernitana, Genoa, and Lecce would be interested in loaning the Inter midfielder. Alternatively he could stay at Inter as a replacement for Roberto Gagliardini in the squad.

Inter reportedly want to extend Fabbian’s contract until the end of June 2028 in any event.

And once they do so, Di Marzio reports that Lecce are ready to bring the midfielder in on loan. This was discussed in Inter’s meeting with Fabbian’s agent Minieri.
