Only the green light from the player is missing before Inter Milan striker Martin Satriano joins Dinamo Zagreb on loan.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that the two clubs have found a complete agreement, and that if the player gives the go-ahead for the move to happen then he will join the Croatian champions.
Inter and Dinamo have been in talks for Satriano.
22-year-old Uruguayan international Satriano spent the season just gone on loan with Empoli in Serie A.
The Nerazzurri-owned striker did not exactly set the world alight during his time with the Tuscans. A return of two goals over the course of the entire season was certainly below expectations.
At the same time, Satriano was still a regular in the team for the whole season, both from the start and from the bench.
Now, Inter have had a decision to make about the young Uruguayan’s future.
On the one hand, there are a few teams in Serie A who have shown interest in Satriano. The newly-promoted sides are particularly keen, with Frosinone and Cagliari reportedly hoping to sign the 22-year-old on loan.
However, it is now look like the Uruguayan will instead go abroad.
Inter Starlet Martin Satriano Close To Joining Dinamo Zagreb On Loan
Dinamo Zagreb have been the club to come forward with a strong interest in signing Satriano on loan.
According to Sky, Inter and Dinamo have all but hashed out a deal. They are ready to put pen to paper on a loan move.
However, the player himself has yet to approve of the transfer. Once he does, however, Satriano should be able to quickly wrap up the move.
Later this month, Dinamo will play in the qualifying rounds for next season’s Champions League.
The Croatian side should have Satriano in their squad by the time they face those matches.
