Ex-Juventus wingback Juan Cuadrado will undergo his medicals ahead of an Inter Milan on Wednesday.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that the Colombian will land in Milan tomorrow, and that the club have scheduled his medicals for Wednesday rather than for tomorrow as they had initially done.

Inter have decided to bring Cuadrado in as a short-term reinforcement on the right flank for next season.

Few would have anticipated the Nerazzurri moving for a player who’s been with their bitter rivals for almost a decade.

However, they have decided to take advantage of Cuadrado’s availability on a free transfer.

Initial reports suggested that the 35-year-old will already be in Milan this evening. Then, he would be able to undergo his medicals and wrap up the transfer tomorrow.

However, Sky reports, Cuadrado won’t quite be in Italy that soon.

However, he will soon be back in Italy.

The Colombian has made a decision about his future.

Sky report that the talks with Cuadrado and his representatives have been in the works for some time. The Nerazzurri have been working quietly to work out an agreement with the veteran wingback.

The 35-year-old will sign on just a one-season deal. There will be no option for a further season.

Aside from his eight seasons at Juventus, Cuadrado has also played for Udinese and Lecce in Serie A.

The 35-year-old won the Serie A titles on five occasions with the Bianconeri, and the Coppa Italia four times.
