Inter Milan stars Stefano Sensi and Alexis Sanchez are reportedly doubtful for the club’s weekend clash against Fiorentina.

The Nerazzurri currently enjoy a perfect Serie A record after beating Monza at home and Cagliari away in the first two rounds of the season.

Simone Inzaghi’s men will be looking to maintain their positive run when they host Fiorentina at a sold-out San Siro on Sunday.

But according to Pazzi di Fanta, Sensi and Sanchez could both skip the match due to two different reasons.

The Italian is reportedly dealing with another physical issue. The source claims that muscle fatigue could rule the 28-year-old out of the match.

As for Sanchez, the striker had some bureaucratic issues that delayed his re-debut with the club. The Chile legend made his return to the club last week.

The Nerazzurri could opt to drop the 34-year-old, allowing him to focus on his training before joining the matchday squad after the international break.

Inter Milan Duo Alexis Sanchez And Stefano Sensi Could Miss The Club’s Weekend Encounter Against Fiorentina

But even if Sensi and Sanchez end up missing the clash against the Viola, this shouldn’t have any dramatic impact on Simone Inzaghi’s plans.

As we reported this morning, the Inter coach is already planning on maintaining the same formational that started against Monza and Cagliari. Thus, neither Sensi nor Sanchez are in the running for a starting berth anyway.

Moreover, some reports are still linking Sensi with the exit door on deadline day. Sassuolo are reportedly hellbent on bringing back the Italian, but he remains unconvinced.
