Inter Milan have agreed a new back shirt sponsorship deal with footwear company U-Power.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the Italian company will be the logo to appear on the back of the Nerazzurri’s matchday shirts, likely starting with next weekend’s derby clash with AC Milan.

In recent days, Inter have been on the verge of signing a deal with a new back shirt sponsor.

At the end of last season, Inter entered into a short-term partnership with US-based streaming service Paramount+.

The streaming service was Inter’s main shirt sponsor for just the final two matches of the season.

One was an essentially dead rubber Serie A match against Torino. The other was, much more lucratively of course, the Champions League final.

As part of that agreement, Inter were to keep Paramount+’s logo on their shirts for this season as well.

However, the logo would be moved to the back of the shirt from the front.

The initial agreement was that Paramount+ would replace Lenovo as the back sponsor for Inter’s shirt.

But instead, over the summer, the Nerazzurri entered into a new agreement with Paramount+.

The streaming service has stayed on as Inter’s main shirt sponsor.

This has meant that the Nerazzurri have gone in search of a new back shirt sponsor.

U-Power To Replace Lenovo As Inter Milan Back Shirt Sponsor

And according to the Gazzetta, Inter have found an agreement on a new back shirt sponsor.

U-Power are already the main shirt sponsors of Inter’s Lombard rivals Monza.

The footwear company also bought the naming rights to the Brianzoli’s stadium. It is now known as the U-Power Stadium.

And now, Inter will also agree a commercial partnership of their own with U-Power.

This will be good news for the Nerazzurri as they look to bring in further revenues.
