The agent of Inter Milan linked Napoli midfielder Eljif Elmas does not deny that there are contacts with other clubs about a possible transfer.
Speaking to Italian news outlet Calcionapoli24, the North Macedonian international’s agent addressed some recent reports regarding the player’s future.
Elmas is a player whose name has come on Inter’s radar, if some recent transfer rumours are to be believed.
Reportedly, the Nerazzurri are thinking about a move for the 23-year-old even as early as during the January transfer window.
The reason for this interest would partly relate to the fact the Elmas does not currently appear to be in favour at Napoli. He has made just one appearance for the Partneopei this season under new coach Rudi Garcia.
And Elmas is furthermore a player who has made his feelings clear about wanting playing time in the past.
Therefore, rumours suggest that the North Macedonian could depart from Napoli in the relatively near future.

A report from North Macedonian media has even hinted at a possible swap deal involving Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi.
Meanwhile, there are reports of interest from other clubs including RB Leipzig and clubs in the Premier League.
Liverpool are one team who have come up in the rumour mill over the past few days.
And for his part, Elmas’s agent Nikola Gjosevski had hardly made an effort to deny the possibility of a move.
He explained that “I can confirm that we’re in talks with Napoli for a contract extension.”
Elmas’s current deal with the Italian champions runs until the end of June 2025.
The midfielder’s agent then added that “We’re also speaking with some other clubs who have also shown interest in him.”
“Let’s see what the future holds for us,” he concluded.
