The mayor of Rozzano Giovanni Ferretti expects Inter Milan to present their new stadium project by the end of the year.

The Nerazzurri are currently looking to build their new ground in the region of Rozzano.

The club’s initial plan was to tear down the San Siro Stadium and rebuild a new ground in its place. They shared this project with their crosstown rivals AC Milan.

Nevertheless, the local authorities in Milano prevented them from demolishing the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium due to its cultural and historical significance.

Thus, the two clubs split ways and each is now looking to build its own stadium in a different region.

However, on Thursday, Inter held a meeting with Rozzano officials to discuss their plans.
