Three Inter Milan summer signings could make their first starts in tomorrow’s Champions League clash with Real Sociedad – Benjamin Pavard, Carlos Augusto, and Marko Arnautovic.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.

Across Inter’s first four matches of the Serie A season, Inzaghi only made one solitary change.

Defender Francesco Acerbi came into the starting eleven for the Milan derby over this weekend. He took the place of Stefan de Vrij, who’d started the first three matches.

The other ten positions remained identical across all four matches.

But Inzaghi is well aware that changes will have to start coming soon.

The Nerazzurri return to Champions League action this week against Real Sociedad. With the team having to play two matches a week for virtually the rest of the season, Inzaghi will have to start rotating.

And as early as tomorrow, the Gazzetta reports, three Inter players are hoping for their first start for the club.

Inter Trio Pavard, Augusto & Arnautovic Could Start Vs Real Sociedad

Defender Benjamin Pavard made the move to Inter from Bayern Munich at the end of last month.

The 27-year-old has yet to play a minute for the Nerazzurri. He has been available in Serie A clashes against Fiorentina and AC Milan, but only sat on the bench in those matches.

However, tomorrow may be the time for Pavard to not just make his Inter debut – he could start.

Matteo Darmian has been a stalwart on the right side of Inter’s defense so far this season.

But the 33-year-old could get a breather against La Real tomorrow, with Pavard ready to take his place.

Meanwhile, another player who could get a rest tomorrow is wingback Federico Dimarco.

The 25-year-old came off as a substitute at around the hour-mark in the derby against Milan. He was suffering from some cramp.

Carlos Augusto, who has come off the bench for Dimarco in all of Inter’s matches so far this season, could finally get his opportunity from the start.

And lastly, the Gazzetta predicts, striker Marko Arnautovic is also a candidate to start in attack tomorrow.
