The Nerazzurri had to settle for a point in their group stage opener.
But it could’ve been worse. Inter started the match off very poorly, conceding early. And in truth, another La Real goal always looked likelier than an equalizer.
But Inter stayed in it. And in the closing stages of the match, the Nerazzurri finally found their rhythm and broke through.
Inter Milan defender Benjamin Pavard reacted to the match on Instagram.
He wrote, “Not happy with the draw, but happy to make my debut for Inter.”
