Inter Milan’s squad is set to start filtering back into training ahead of Saturday evening’s Serie A clash away to Torino.

Today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, note that the European internationals will be the first to return, followed by the South Americans.

Inter are now less than one week away from returning to Serie A action against Torino.

And Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will start having his entire squad at his disposal in view of the preparations for that match.

Last week, the only players in training were those who had not gotten call-ups for their national teams.

And then Inzaghi gave the squad the weekend off to rest and relax.

But the team have been ramping up preparations for Saturday’s match starting yesterday.

Yesterday, Turkish international Hakan Calhanoglu and Swiss Yann Sommer made their way back.

The pair had each finished up with international duty over the weekend.

And soon the rest of the team will follow them.

When Inter Squad Returns To Training Ahead Of Torino Clash

oBth Calhanoglu and Sommer have been working with the team starting yesterday.

Meanwhile, Dutch duo Denzel Dumfries and Stefan de Vrij were part of the Netherlands team that beat Greece yesterday.

The Oranje pair will be back today.

And by tomorrow, all of the rest of the Europeans will be back.

However, for the South American players it will be a bit of a different story.

As has become a theme, players who have been away in CONMEBOL will be back virtually at the eleventh hour.

It will only be about a day worth of training for them to get ready to face Torino.

As is typically the case, South American internationals will be the last to return to training later in the week. Lautaro Martinez, Alexis Sanchez, and Carlos Augusto should be back late Thursday.
