The court of Milan has issued an injunction against Zytara and DigitalBits in the lawsuit filed by Inter Milan.

This revelation comes from the club’s recently-released financial statements, explains FcInterNews.

Based on a agreement with Zytara Labs, the Nerazzurri adopted DigitalBits as a shirt sponsor during the last couple of seasons.

The latter was Inter’s sleeve sponsor in the 2021/22 campaign and then the main jersey sponsor in the 2022/23 season.

But due to missed payments, the Serie A giants filed a lawsuit and requested the termination of the contract with Zytara Labs.

Inter are demanding payments worth 31.4 million euros. As the report details, 1.6 million euros relates to the 2021/22 season while last campaign’s missed payments are worth 29.8 million.

Moreover, the Nerazzurri requested the issue of an injunctive relief that allows them to drop DigitalBits off their jerseys.

“The Court of Milan has issued the injunction as per our request and we are currently proceeding with the necessary steps to give adequate communication to the other party,” reveals one of the financial statements released by the club.

Since then, Inter have struck an agreement with Paramount+ who became the club’s new main shirt sponsor.
