Alfredo Pedulla confirms that Inter Milan are keen on Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee, but won’t make any big sales to fund a move.

The SportItalia transfer market expert explained the situation live on air, via FCInter1908.

Zirkzee is certain to be one of the hottest names in the summer transfer window in Serie A.

And it is not hard to understand why.

Zirkzee has been in hugely impressive form all season. He has scored twelve goals and made four assists in the league.

The former Bayern Munich striker’s form has been key to Bologna’s surprise push for Champions League football.

Zirkzee has scored twelve goals and assisted a further four in the league this season.

That has led to the sense that Bologna will not be able to hang on to Zirkzee.

But the next destination for the 22-year-old has been less clear.

Pedulla: Inter Big Fans Of Joshua Zirkzee – But Won’t Make A Big Sale

Pedulla said of Zirkzee that “At the moment the price tag for him, between transfer fee and commissions, would be between 65 and 70 million.”

“His agent Kia Joorabchian is demanding wages of around 5 million plus add-ons. He’s presented that demand to every club interested in Zirkzee in recent weeks.”

The SportItalia transfer expert continued that “Inter are big fans of him.”

“But I have to reiterate what I reported several days ago. The Nerazzurri have no intention of selling Thuram.”

“And they’re also preparing to lock down Lautaro,” Pedulla noted. “And to bring in Taremi.”

“Then, they also have Arnautovic in the squad.”

“Therefore, it would be very difficult to imagine Inter investing that amount in signing a new striker.”
