Anderlecht are ready to join Hellas Verona in trying to sign teenage Inter Milan winger Issiaka Kamate this summer.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia, via FCInterNews. The broadcaster report that the Belgian side have contacted Inter to ask for information about a possible deal for the 19-year-old.

Kamate looks to be a player ready to leave Inter this summer.

Whether this is on a loan deal or on a permanent transfer remains to be seen.

Last season, Kamate played for Inter’s Primavera or Under-19 team under Christian Chivu. He had already been playing for the Primavera for a couple of years.

And the Frenchman has looked ready for his first experience in the senior game.

Obviously, this will not come at Inter, where there would be no opportunities for Kamate in the first team.

But the teenage winger can certainly look to break out at another club.

Anderlecht Join Verona In Pursuing Inter Winger Issiaka Kamate

One club who have shown an interest in signing Kamate is Hellas Verona.

The GIalloblu could be able to offer the Frenchman a pathway into regular playing time at the Serie A level.

Kamate had reportedly been part of negotiations between Inter and Verona for defender Juan Cabal.

The Nerazzurri had suggested the possibility of sending a player to Verona as part of a deal in order to lower the cash fee for the Colombian.

In the end, Cabal made the move for Juventus rather than Inter.

However, that does not mean that Verona have lost interest in signing Kamate. They still consider the 19-year-old winger to be a prospective target.

However, SportItalia report, it is not just the Gialloblu who have shown an interest in Kamate.

There is also interest from Belgium.

SportItalia report that Anderlecht have recently contacted Inter. This was for the purpose of sounding out a possible deal to sign Kamate.
