Inter Milan beat Pergolettese by a scoreline of 2-1 in their second friendly match of preseason.
Goals from Mehdi Taremi and Eddie Salcedo sealed the win. Then, in stoppage time, the Serie C side pulled one back.
More important than the scoreline was Inter’s squad starting to get match fitness and preparation for the upcoming season.
Taremi scored his third goal of preseason. Meanwhile, fellow new signing Piotr Zielinski got on the pitch for the first time as an Inter player.
