Legnedary former Inter Milan, Lazio, Napoli, and Genoa forward Goran Pandev turned forty yesterday.

The North Macedonian may have made just seventy appearances between 2009 and 2011 for Inter. But he left his mark.

Pandev was a key part of the Nerazzurri team that won the Treble of the Serie A title, Coppa Italia, and Champions League. He started in the final of the latter competition.

Meanwhile, Pandev is also a legend of the North Macedonian national team.

The former forward made a 122 appearances for his national team. He captained them at EURO 2020, their first ever international tournament.

Inter took to Instagram to wish Goran Pandev a happy birthday.
